Languages have always been my passion.
I studied them in the school, but also by myself with courses of records, cassettes and nowadays online.
It was easy for me to learn them due to the fact I have a natural gift for languages.
The level of the languages' knowledge refers to the:
Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
Italian is my mother language (C2)
I studied French at the Languages High School and I mastered it at the
Interpreter High School in Milan (C1)
I studied English at the Languages High School. I practised my English a lot during my work and my travels. The level of its knowledge is fluent (C1)
I studied German at the Languages High School.
I practised it a lot in the hotels and on the cruise ships, and since 2008 I am living not only in Italy but also in Frankfurt (Germany), and the level of its knowledge is very good (C1)
I started to study Russian as a matter of interest when I was 18 with a course of 52 records. I did an entrance examination at the Interpreter School in Milan that I passed.
I have a diploma of Translator-Interpreter (C1)
I studied Spanish with a course of 52 records.
I used it a lot during my work on board of the cruise ships and during my travels.
The level of its knowledge is very good (C1)

I learned Hebrew in 1988 because I was doing cruises to Israel. I knew it well, I could read, write and speak, but unfortunately I have not been using the language for 30 years and I have forgotten it completely
In 1998 I started studying Mandarin Chinese with a 30-lesson-course by Linguaphone Institute.
I learned only 10 lessons and then I abandoned.
No doubt it is the most difficult language because of the tones...
In December 2002 I started studying Modern Greek with a 90-lesson-course by Linguaphone Institute.
After 20 lessons I stopped because I did not have time to dedicate.
At the end of December 2006, I started studying Japanese with a
50-lesson-course by Linguaphone Institute. Due to my job i could not dedicate time to the study.... I started again at the beginning of 2020 buying the 17-minute-languages course: at the end of the year i ended
A1+A2 Trainer audio (69 lessons/1.400 words).
From the 15th of February 2016 till end September I studied a basic course of Malay
(17-Minute-Languages, 1.300 words), as every year I spend almost two months in KL (A1+A2)
